Take a tour around some of Manchester’s most striking buildings and monuments, in a walk that includes plenty of history, peppered with lots of curious and surprising facts and stories. You’ll explore grand landmarks, hidden corners and architectural gems that reveal the city’s incredible past - from industrial innovation to artistic flair and bold modern reinvention. Along the way you’ll hear memorable stories, meet remarkable figures and uncover details locals often miss. It’s an uplifting, surprising and beautifully varied circular walk, that offers newcomers and locals a memorable overview of the city, and a flavour of what makes Manchester so special.

Duration - 1 hour 30 mins.
Price - £15 per person / £10 for children under 16 / Children in prams or pushchairs free / No minimum charge.
Maximum number – 20 people. This is to ensure that quality is maximised and we do not cause congestion on Manchester’s streets.
Starting point - outside No 1 St Peter’s Square, in front of the Atrium Coffee & Community Shop (which is within No 1 SPS – its sign is in the window).
End point - back in St Peter's Square.

Weather - the walk will go ahead in all weathers, please be prepared for. changeable conditions. However, if I were to cancel due to extreme weather, a full refund will be given.
Cancellations – please make cancellations no later than 24 hours before the tour is due to start. If you cancel after this time, a refund cannot be given.
